I went to Clarity Ear Clinic after suffering with hearing loss and earache for a few weeks. I was so pleased with their service and professionalism they were able to instantly provide relief to my problems. I had a cotton bud stuck in my ear and I had been to my Gp & and another private clinic and they were not able to help me and advised it was hard wax and to apply olive oil which I had been doing for 3 weeks and then booked in with Clarity Ear Clinic who fixed it for me. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what to do. I was able to see before and after imagery of the procedure which was very insightful. They finished the appointment by checking the health of my eardrums using a tympanometer. Would recommend this clinic without hesitation. 10/10 ~ Mustafa Z

I visited for an ear wax removal and am pleased with the experience provided Was easy to book in online, good availability of appointments and reasonable price I had some anxiety surrounding this related to some mental health difficulties and sensitivity about my ears. The audiologist was great, communicated well, was polite and candid, listened to my concerns patiently and carefully and was able to provide reassurance and make adjustments for my needs My impression was that he was experienced and competent. I'm a musician and am sensitive about who goes near my ears, and would be happy going back here if need be, and likewise to recomend ~ Ben H

Highly recommend this audiologist - he made an effort to fit us in at the last minute which was really helpful in the circumstances. We were even super late due to dreadful traffic but he managed to squeeze us in after the next patient! We were also provided with very clear information to gain informed consent to the treatment (really appreciate knowing what’s coming but not every healthcare professional is as clear and thorough!). And the process was gentle. The results were instantaneous!! A great recommendation from a friend and we’d go back in an instance - though I do hope it’s not needed for some time! ~ theperfectdrug82

Shah Rizvi was very professional throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable on his area of expertise and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure, as I was somewhat sceptical since this was the first time I was getting checked/treated and I was not aware of how easy and pain free the treatment is. I will definitely be coming back and scheduling regular wax removal appointments. Made a huge difference in my hearing! My husband attended an appointment recently and saw syed.He used earwax microsuction and removed a large quantity of wax.My husbands hearing has been enhanced and he can hear so much better. I attended an appointment with syed today for consultation although I did not have any wax my left ear had some bruising. I am going back to see Syed in 3 months time just to make sure bruising had subsided and was nothing to worry about. Visited Clarity Ear Clinic for the first time to solve a problem with my ears being blocked for a while, had a really great experience with Siobhan who took her time to explain the procedure in great detail and she ensured I wasn’t in any pain, and now I feel like my hearing has improved tenfold. The explanation of how the Tympanometery machine works was really interesting and it was good to know that my ear drums were perfectly fine after the procedure. Could not recommend Siobhan and the Clarity team enough, and I’m sure I will definitely be back should the issue flare up again. ~ Toseeq J

Had an appointment about a week ago. The service was great, it didn't take long for the treatment to be over. the procedure felt odd lol having a tiny vacuum in your ear, but nothing that would make one feel uncomfortable. I was also amazed by how my hearing felt clearer. Definitely would recommend. They have a lovely after sales service. Like if you have any issues as their client, you can easily just text or call your practitioner and they respond quickly. You also benefit from their referral scheme 😉😉 when someone uses the service as per your suggestion. ~ Shannel

Called Clarity Ear Clinic who came to my work place provided an excellent service. I was suffering from total loss in one ear and muffled hearing in the other. Upon examination I was ordered to use drops to soften the inside of my ears. In ten days they came to visit me at my house and with pain free removed the blockage of wax. An excellent service which records the actual removing and digital images of prior and after. Definitely recommend get your ears seen by Clarity who provide a door to door service. ~ Shazad A

I am so grateful to Shah at Clarity Ear Clinic. I'd had a poor and very painful experience at a Pharmacy where I was being treated for Ear wax removal. It left me traumatised and very nervous about the next steps to resolve my blocked ears. I am a keen musician and also teacher. My poor hearing was affecting my abilty to work with children in a class situation. I had to do something so I looked up Clarity EC on the Internet, phoned them and explained my predicament and was listened to sympathetically and with understanding. I was offered an appointment to examine my ears. I was shown the interior of my ear so I could see the problem. Shah explained clearly what needed to be done, going through all the equipment and showing it to me and he also explained fully the risks. He said he could clear them for me today. I eagerly agreed to this. The experience was so so different and the result, amazing! I couldn't believe how clear and loud everything seemed. I would definitely recommend this service. Excellent, I was suffering with wax hearing loss , Decided to ring clarity Clinic and got a same day appointment, photos were taken before and after, unbelievable the amount of wax removed, but best of all was the results, instant relief from that numbness, everything was explained before proceeding with procedure. I have been struggling with my hearing in my right hear for a couple of weeks & despite using lots of ear drops nothing was worked. I did some research & saw Clarity who were local. The appointment went really well & I had everything explained to me & was able to see the video of my ear before & after it being syringed. My other ear also had a bit of wax & this was done as a kind gesture for free due to a delay in the appointment. I was really impressed & would recommend Clarity. ~ AJ C

After being told by my GP to go to the local pharmacy to have my ears unblocked, I did a little Google to see if anyone more qualified was available. To my surprise, Clarity Ear Clinic charged the same as the pharmacist and came to my home. It was a super easy process from start to finish, Syed was extremely professional, caring and polite, he explained the whole process before and during the procedure, and also aftercare. This is by far the best ear clinic I have visited. Shah has helped me twice when my ears have become blocked with wax build up. It’s easy to book a same day appointment with the booking system. Shah talked me through the procedure and I was able to see the blocked ear canal with the camera which is used to examine. After the procedure of Microsuction and irrigation I was able to hear clearly again. I highly recommend this clinic. ~ Samantha H

I was in agony and these guys fit me in on the day. Showed me everything on an ear camera before and after so I could see what the problem was and what they had done. I went from lots of pain to perfectly fine in 20 minutes. Fantastic experience, my ears had become pretty badly blocked and it was causing pretty bad stress, after sending a message on the website I was able to get a booking the same afternoon. I was taken through the entire procedure, things were explained so I understood what was happening, and I was even given a view of how things were looking! I was going on holiday and had a blocked ear which wouldn't clear. I rang Clarity and left a message and he got back to me within the hour. I was offered an appt for the same day. Over the space of a week I had several visits to clear some very stubborn wax and eventually with a lot of determination he removed 90% of it. Very happy with the service. Sent an enquiry form on the website, they called back within a few minutes and arranged for someone to come out within a couple of hours. The guy arrived wearing full PPE and got set up whilst explaining the full process. Checked both ears and took photos and videos inside to show what's going on. Removed a disgusting amount of wax.
